PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I watched the game Jack did ok but only ok against a team that didnt park the bus so Jack had room to play. Jack wouldn't get that space at City

Maybe but that's our problem. We let teams park the bus because we move ball up the pitch very slowly with sideways passing like it's rugby. We give teams all the time in the world to get set defensively, so why wouldn't they? - we no longer have the players to make the slow build up play with 60 passes work

Even so, I think we can all agree we controlled possession better with Jack. A big part of our problem is getting hit on the break after losing the ball. Jack is one of the very best in the game at retaining possession.

Anyway we're getting off the thread topic now.

I agree. Actually my support of city hinges on the decision.

I like to keep a strong set of morals and if it was our rival clubs found guilty of this, we would be be all over them for years of cheating. We would want them out of the game. I think I'd have to keep that same sense of morality when it's closer to home.

If we are found guilty, I'll be extremely ashamed of the club because we always considered ourselves "good" club. It would be hard to lend my support to an outfit that's breaking laws.

I'm sure I won't stop being a city fan per se, but I think my level of investment in it will no longer be there. Maybe time will be a healer but I'll be heartbroken if we are guilty, especially knowing how we would view other clubs if they were in that position.

I think we'll beat it though or at least come to some settlement where all parties come out of it not looking too bad.

MY support of City hinges on the decision!

Fucking pmsl XD

That's not exactly bigging up anyone other than Jack

I was saying it's a shame we never got the best out of Jack because I believe he's better than our other left wing options now and we control games better with him

I want what is best for city and think it's a crying shame that Grealish is not in a city shirt this season when I look at who is in his place
Funny how you chose to respond to that post but not the other ten calling you out as a rag for your previous post about your support for City relies on the decision

I would struggle to disagree more with this. If we were talking about long established rules that existed for a legitimate purpose, your expectations of the club might be reasonable. But we are not. These rules were invented and put in place by a protectionist cartel with the sole intention of stifling the development of City, and anybody else who might challenge the established order. Not content with that, the goalposts have been consistently moved to make compliance for us more difficult, whilst clear transgressions by the cartel have been ignored and interest free loans have been deemed legitimate.
You reference being ashamed if we are guilty. I feel the other way around. I obviously want us to be exonerated, but the shame would have been if we had meekly just accepted the bent status quo, rather than going for it as we did, and winning everything.
I feel you've given his/her post too much respect mate

panel is back to work o 1st of September after a 6-week long holiday. but they spend first week catching up and reading emails, and also dentist appointments, dog grooming, and extension work on their houses will further delay their work on our case.

Khaldoon will be devastated

So, who’s paying the 3 Judges their fees?

No wonder they are taking their time to reach the decisions. ;-)

Feels like we’ve entered some Other dimension with this where time never passes. It’s never going to end is it? If this was a criminal investigation it surely would have collapsed or been deemed cruel and unusual punishment- fuck the PL, fuck Masters and fuck the cartel cunts.

Joker. This is not just a poor attempt at wummery anymore, it is boring. When are you going to fed up with this nonsense?

You should work on your loyalty.

The rules were put in place to stop us challenging and competing. If the club did knowingly breach them then what have they actually done? Spent cash that we had because our owners are minted. Exactly what owners of all the other clubs did before rules were brought in to restrict competition.

It's one rule for City and another for everyone else. Forest got a points deduction for breaching rules. That breach enabled them to buy players to keep them up and subsequently helped them challenge for the CL places last season. Deciding to breach them was the best thing they ever did. But no one talks about that with Forest, they're a success story now. Even their own fucking fans were dishing it out without a sense of irony at the semi final last season.
