PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Just read the below from Lisa Nandy talking about the new football regulator and the Sheffield Wednesday situation.

Situations like this are exactly why this government set up the new Independent Football Regulator. Owners should be good custodians who act with their club's best interests in mind and clearly, in this instance, that has not been the case.

When you look at the likes of the Glazers and other owners compared to our own who have invested both in the club and the community……the investigation and charges beggar belief !

I get the arguments about fried bread instead of toast but it goes through me when I eat it so I opt for toast. Also, I love a bit of white pudding as well as black pudding. Chuck in some Scottish Lorne sausage, haggis, and a bit of Welsh rarebit along with all the other regular components and that's a fully inclusive United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland breakfast right there.

I've got this weird feeling I'm going to conk it be we're fully exonerated,though knowing my luck I'll be around to see us banished to the phantom zone;(
 
I see the I are stirring the pot today predicting fireworks from City's rivals once the verdict is announced.
Probably a bit of kite flying knowing them but that seems to be the next phase they are pushing.
I'd think myself attempting to use City on the back of City having a favourable verdict would be risky and expensive so I don't know if they have grasped the aspect
