As Stefan said recently. Non-cooperation is a very subjective. What someone thinks is non-cooperation, someone else may think is cooperation. If we get to arguing about that subject alone, we will be in a good spaceIs non-cooperation an offence in itself? Hiding evidence of guilt probably is but is it relevant if we're innocent?

I asked Stefan a long time ago if he thought a decision had been made and he said yes.
For me at least this was always a smear campaign as such the longer we are under suspicion the better for the cartel.
