PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

He has no obligation whatsoever to tell City whether they’re “guilty “ or not.
He has an obligation to act in the client’s best interest and to hold the Premier League to the required standard of proof.
Disagree with your first point. A matter of interpretation of rules. He has a duty to advise the club so they don't misrepresent themselves - acting in the club's best interests. Advice may well be 'Our interpretation is X, Y and Z but the rules are drafted in such a way that they can be interpreted in other ways'. For this reason, part of me hopes we can get this whole issue considered by a proper court for a binding ruling, even if it means having to deal with an appeal from the Prem if things go our way in that scenario.

Disagree at your leisure. He cannot advise City on their culpability- he doesn’t know.

think it might have been bognor regis on the south coast. some friends quit city life and opened a shop along the coast from there. went for a birthday party.
Was there a Butlins at Bognor Regis? I remember as a teenager going to a camp on the south coast with my uncles' family and my cousin and I looked forwarded to our daily escape from the pesky redcoats. Wonder if they are one of the reasons I hate teams that wear red!
