Plans for East/West Stands level 2

It's disgusting that they refuse to give me any indication of price so I can't decide whether I need to relocate until it's too late.

I'd guess at somewhere betwen £850-1000 for what they seem to have in mind.

For a free programme and a padded seat I'm willing to pay £3 a match more. If the price is higher than that they'll need to do more to convince me.

They give us tevez, adebayor, robinho, lescott, toure and maybe torres/villa/boatang/joe cole/di maria then change the layout of the stadium so that those who are in the corporate brigade, can enjoy them and the ordinary fan in the street who has followed through thin and thin can watch on the telly! Is this really the way forward. Oh and btw, i did the offsite one for the derby and it was fucking gash! £388 for a shite bit of bacon and eggs, a programme that i gave to a little lad on the way in and a seat in row aa of the 3rd teir!

Surely with all the money we have now it would be better to put prices down to make sure we sell out every match which would help the team progress?

I would love to know how City have arrived at this decision based on a supposed survey.

As a season-ticket holder, I never received one, there must be plenty more?

I think this will prove an embarrassing misread on the part of the people making the decisions.

The bottom tiers of East and West are pretty much full as they are.

Presenting those from levels two with an ultimatum to put up or shut up, they will be in for a nasty surprise.

We are not at anywhere near the stage yet where outside of the traditional fanbase, we can expect take up in premium areas.

This is not London, it's a widely considered view that City supporters in the main, are lower income, certainly in comparisons to United, Arsenal, Chelsea et al.

We now have one entire stand set aside for one cross section of City supporters in terms of families.

Another two sections of the stadiums for those who can.

And everyone else, packed in like sardines, when capacity is already at maximum.

City will lose thousands off the gate, no doubts.

Just shows you how quickly they can move when ther's corporate dosh invoved as opposed to sorting out the traditional supporters and creating a real atmosphere by pushing and creating Operation One End....

I must admit I'm so lucky at the moment to be sat in one of the best seats in the stadium, but in a year's time I may have to lash out £300+ extra to remain there. The option is relocate or don't renew.
The issue with relocating is that I don't get a choice from the whole stadium only from what hasn't already been allocated to another season card holder. So I go from one of the best seats to one of the worst and this will be compounded by the fact that this season 1000's have already been relocated after being kicked out of their seats.
