how come FFP only applies to the top divisions ? look at Fleetwood, Crawley and lots of other lower league clubs, who have rich owners, they pay way more than the club earns. i know that Fleetwood are paying a striker £3k a week. how can that be financial fair play to other teams in that particular league ?

If Platini wants a level playing field let's cap the stadium capacities to the smallest in the division and charge the same attendence prices, so basically every team's capacity is now the same as Fulham's and the attendence fee is a flat £30.......... there are so many variables in football why pick on only one of them?
