Why bring this up now, you've said this again & again indicating that the money won't bring success, 3 years on and in advance of expectation we've won a cup in the 2nd year and the league in the 3rd year. You've harped on about FFP, our benefactor has spent money before it affects the calculation to reduce this effect. How can these rules be 'Fair Play' when they are designed to keep the clubs with the largest incomes at the top preventing there being a level playing field for all*. Now you are clutching at straws talking about 'what if' scenarios about our owners commitment. Come to East Manchester, look at the investment in the club and surrounding area and see what it means to Manchester, the local community and the development of football in England. Only then will you be able to justify the bile you spout.

*The only way that you will have a level playing field will be to follow Rugby League and American sports by having a squad salary cap throughout Europe. To achieve this firstly you are going to have to get the idea passed through UEFA then teams and leagues are going to have to agree. I just can't see Turkeys voting for christmas
