Player & Manager of the Month

Why have the vote, we all know that it will be, Jose for manager of the month. With Zaltan as player of the month. After all we can't have the rags complaining that the vote was rigged in our favour. Even if both Pep, and Raheem deserve it.
 
Would have liked Raheem to win but can't really argue with Hazard winning, they've started as well as each other. But Jose? isn't it more impressive that Pep and Conte have come in to a new league and started so well? rather than someone who knows the league inside out?

United beat teams who last season finished 6th, 16th & 4th in championship

We beat teams who finished 7th, 9th & 17th

Chelsea beat teams who finished 7th, 13th and 1st in the championship

So we've had the the harder fixtures and are 2 places above them aha, Pep should have won, Jose was the 4th best.

City's CL qualification and the quality of Utd performances should see Guardiola get it.

I would have no issue with Hazard winning the players award.

It won't be like that every month.................................... I'm sure Pogba will get POTM, sometimes.
 
I didn't mind Phelan getting MOTM last time, but if Pep doesn't walk the award for September then I don't even know what to say.

I also think De Bruyne should be up for POTM.

but that is bollox waiting to happen surely!! They will hide behind that everytime, IE "the fans overwhelmingly voted for Utd this or Arsenal that" hence they give it to Utd or Arsenal.

The twitter stuff is only about 10% of the voting.
 
Mourinho nailed on after going to Northampton and turning them over inn their own back yard like they did.

On a serious note, Pep should get it but wont, Pardew is an excellent call as would Wenger or Poch but we all know Klopp will get it as he is currently reinventing football and his Liverpool side is the most exciting in Europe.....................................................................................

It'll be interesting to see what happens. Last month there were 4 contenders. This time, there are 5 managers with 100% league records. This forum may explode if Guardiola is not on the shortlist!
