Real character from Boyata, he's made of strong stuff ain't he? We will have young players coming thro who will make mistakes. Way too much bitching going on. Fair play to the lad he had a solid game although I do feel there is a mistake just waiting to happen, but to be honest you could say the same about Mangala and we paid 32m for him

Vinny isn't immune either.

Name me a CB who isn't prone to the odd mistake, its all part of what they do and in the modern game nobodys immune
Deds did well tonight and lets hope this gives him confidence and his form improves

Have I say my biggest worry is MDM getting injured I am pretty happy with him and vinny it him and Mangala! He has also shown tonight he can work well with boyata. They work well as I like a fast front footed defender alongside big Mart - not convince yet about Vincent and Mangala though as they have the same weaknesses

A fair description I would say. Physically he is a definite. Played today with quiet confidence not too excited not passive. That is the trait a CB HAS TO HAVE!
