Considering Yaya left him exposed at times he did well very dependable and snuffs out danger quickly will come into his own on the champions league games and at places like Stamford bridge and Anfield when we are under the cosh

Fernando has proved in a short time that he has improve us defensively.

Add Mangala and our defensive play will be awesome.

Thought Demichelis played well tonight, just shows the level were at now.

Looked very composed on the ball as well as doing the defensive duties, passed it around nicely and has no problem with our one touch stuff.

Brilliant at recovery runs. It is almost like he has a gear above and beyond the rest of the defenders. Saw it last week and tonight as well.
