He was never Wayne bridge. He's been a top quality left back since he arrived at the club. He's always had a tendency to have the odd bad game, like all players. Early this season he had 2 or 3 bad games but his quality has seen his form return.
He was disaster at the start of the season. Mistake after mistake, and to be honest, he could have cost us a goal against Southampton when he followed his man rather than stick with the defensive line. Interestingly the weakness in his game was always crossing. He's worked on it and he's not 'floating' then any more, he's clipping them in low and dangerous.

Yeah he has done well. I don't disagree mate: Like I said, he had 2 or 3 bad games early in the season but he's played his way back into the form he's showed most of his career.
