Jim, have you got this without the text?
I lifted it off Twatter last night. But, seeing as you asked nicely;

Cheers Jimbo, much appreciated x

Re: Pablo Zabaleta Appreciation Thread

Fantastic right back and great lad. We have 4 legends already in this team. Zabaletta, kompany, ya ya and silva,

Incredibly good loyal players and great people.

Hope he plays another 200 games for us, he has had a great season. (again)

Re: Pablo Zabaleta Appreciation Thread

Whats also immensely likeable about him is how he is with us fans. I took my friend Katy down to the Etihad when they were training there. Katy adores him and after training he came over and signed stuff and posed for piccys etc. Katybasked him to marry her, with a lovely smile he said sorry your too late I just got married, katy said divorce her then, Zabba was pissing himself laughing. And it made Katys day. So simple but so important I reckon. DMD was equally charming and Yaya was a star too.

Re: Pablo Zabaleta Appreciation Thread

Been at the club for 6 years this summer, an absolute trooper and seems like the most settled footballer ever! I dont know if he'll see out his career with us or what but i wouldnt begrudge him for a moment if he ever decides for a year or two somewhere else before retiring, legend of the club and one of the best full backs to play at City

A rag was telling me Rafael was better...i laughed..laughed some more and then told him to fuck off

Blimey they tried karate chops, horrendous leg kicks, anything to try and stop him.

My goodness he has to be one of the toughest players I have ever seen. A true warrior.
The actions of Bogbrush and Wellshite were those of individuals who recognise they are in the presence of someone of superior intellect, bravery and ability.Happens in all walks of life, perpetrated by insignificant people upon those they would like to be but never will.

Re: Pablo Zabaleta Appreciation Thread

I've said it before and I'll say it again, this guy is pure Manc and deserves a statue.

Please Zaba, never ever leave City until you retire.

Re: Pablo Zabaleta Appreciation Thread

We were outside The Hilton a couple of hours after we won the league in 2012 - Zabba drove up in his car and my husband egged me on to go speak to him - I went up in my City shirt, scarf etc and said 'thank you' - Zabba just looked back at me and said 'No, Thank You!' Awesome player, and complete gentleman!
