Re: Samir Nasri

Though he has gone into his shell lately but definitely stepped up in the closing stages. Well done nasri. Hope you can make the French WC squad

Re: Samir Nasri

And to all those bitter tarquins who said he came here for money not trophies... hoe many's that now?

Samir looks so happy at every trophy... well done lad - big two fingers up to all your doubters.

Re: Samir Nasri

what is it they say, form is temporary and class is permanent..

the lads had a fair few moments during his time at city where people have thought hes a prick, myself included... BUT the lad has stepped it up 3 or 4 gears this season and is showing the class and form that we all wanted to see when he first arrived.. lets hope we get plenty more of the same next season

Re: Samir Nasri

Loved the part of the interview on sky when he said that " ego's have been put to one side for the good of the team, and it's a great dressing room to be in"
you get a lot more from putting your arm around someone than shouting at them, that seems to be Pelli's way, the best is yet to come for Samir in City blue.

Re: Samir Nasri

I've been critical of Nasri, even today before he scored.
I just think he could be a truly great player rather than a good one.
He's a 2nd time champion today so now is not the time.
Well done Samir.

I agree, though I'm speaking in terms of playing good teams. Milner offers very little attacking wise, so there is no point in him being on the pitch if all we are doing is attack, as we have players better at that role
Is this myth still hanging around?
It's not a myth, against a park the bus team ,he really struggles !

nope, definitely a myth.
