He was very good today and showed the form he did for us when he was at arsenal . could of had a hat trick for you lot

Excellent again, really stepping up in the absence of Spanish Dave. Hope he can maintain it when Silva comes back because they've not always been great together.

Can't see why he wouldn't maintain it. This is the real Samir, if you ask me.

I reckon he is here to stay, the current Samir, that is. Was always hoping that he would come good.
Loved him at Arsenal. Now love him at City. His control and ability to keep the ball is up there with the best.
Now it looks like we could have a regular goal scoring midfielder in our midst.

We really need to get his contract sorted out. He is the only one of our top players to not be signed long term.

Excellent again today as he has been all season.

Seems to be enjoying his football again.
