Not that he had anything to do about it, but I've really forgiven him the fact that Isco didn't come last year. :)

Since Pellegrini's arrival, he's a wonderful little player.

Hardly a "Triade against Chelsea" by Nasri being reported in the press.
That said the comments by Zab last week and Nasri this week are pretty ill advised.

Normally it's a sign that the title race is over when players start having a pop like this. Sides with a REAL chance of the title that keep the collective trap shut generally tend to win the big prize as they do their talking on the pitch as we did in 2012 and 2014.

Football mind games are easy, Managers like Mourinho and Sir Boily Face continually snipe like this to draw a reaction like this. When they get one, especially from the opposition manager, the physiological advantage is with their team. If you refuse to play though, the pressure rebounds badly on the team with the sniping manager.

I'll credit the Piss Can with having the hex over match officials but most of this stuff is playground bollox that star-struck hacks treat as highbrow psychology. Mourinho's a big fanny who suffers from paroxysm of the jaw. The serious talking is done on the pitch.

Yep. FAR too much is made of all this manager and press conference/media interview psychology.

Proud of him tonight,he put in a superb performance.

And he looks fitter/stronger than he has ever done.

He's such a confidence player - it's such a cliche as well but when you see how every time he does something good on the pitch, his performance levels immediately increase. It's like he doubts his own ability until he does something good, and then he remembers, "oh yeah I'm better than most of these players".

Really proud of how he has proven the doubters wrong time and time again. You can see he's a far more mature character than the one who joined us even. He loves being at City which shouldn't be underestimated. Nasri is acutely aware of the competition in a squad like ours and rather than bottling it he has faced up to it and earned his right to be one of the first names on the team sheet. Last summer he could easily have passed up the new contract and seen what this season had in store and potentially maximised his own value whilst doing nothing wrong other than abiding by the terms of his original contract. Instead he showed a commitment to the club and has backed that with performances on the pitch.

There's a crazy finish in store for this season and I wouldn't bet against Sami being the player who comes up with the most heavy goals and heavy assists.

Samir plays well when he has a smile on his face, and he's absolutely beaming at the moment. It's great to watch. The only thing he did wrong was not putting his foot through the ball when he beat the man in the box, he took another touch and the chance went but he knew it. He's all smiles and he allows the other players to play their game by playing intricate football and also through his clever movement with the ball, he draws defender in and releases at the right time. He has a great understanding with Yaya and seems to get on with everyone.

It's mad how good he has been since Pellegrini's arrival. Silva is also back, Aguero's firing, Dzeko looked good. Mangala played well and Yaya was brilliant... positive signs ahead of the title run in.

Absolutely this 100%. Just watched Tunnel Cam from the Newcastle game & the press conference from today and he is beaming from ear to ear. Seems to be a much happier person these days which is showing in his football.
