Barcelona is linked with 35m pounds move for Nasri. Isnt him the same player that most of people on here would wanna get rid of him for 15 mil? We have some pure talents in our squad (Hart, Zaba, Kompany,Silva,Nasri,Aguero) that we shouldn t even consider selling them. But, If Nasri goes, than we should go for Isco not de Bruyne.

Barcelona transfer ban over this Summer then ?
According to the Catalan media sources, Barcelona are willing to sign Manchester City midfielder Samir Nasri for the next season.

The Catalan club are willing to add a quality central midfielder to the team in summer, after Sergio Busquets has been linked with a move away from the club.

Nasri has three years left in his contract. He is valued at £35m. Some MLS clubs as well as Lyon and his former club Marseille are also interested in signing the 27-years old player for the next season.

FIFA say, although it would go against the spirit of the ruling, there is nothing to stop the Catalans from talking to potential targets or clubs - or even purchasing players - this summer as long as those new recruits are not registered before January 2016.

Although the link in the post above to any MLS team does take the piss.

I'd snap there hand off! But you just know he'll be a success over there in a 3 man midfield!
Nasri is amazing player. His skills are absolutely class. And some people seem to forget that he is still young, he has another 4-5 years left to play at a high level.
At Barcelona he will have Iniesta near him and Messi, Suarez, Neymar in front of him; here he only has 2 world class players to play with: Silva and Aguero. Imagine if we add Bale and Sterling to our attack. Wouldn t that be a dream?

A skillful player and massively underrated on here because of his inconsistency.

But if the Barca rumours are true 35 million is a decent price and I think we should take it depending on i we find someone truly world class to replace him.

Looks like Samirs agent has been enjoying himself. Took it too far with the MLS and Marseille links though, when combined with the £35m figure. I'd gladly carry him to Spain if it meant getting £35m though

Nasri said that he will like to play in MLS in the future.
