It's an annoying situation with Silva as he'll recover just in time to get minutes against Sevilla and Villa, meaning he'll get called up for Spain again.

I hope he doesn't as he'll be important for the games after the international break against Liverpool, Juve and Southampton.
 
we need him against Sevilla... its okay if he doesnt play tomorrow... i would field the same team that played against United...Silva in Yaya's place if he is fit...we should learn to play ugly from now on especially in CL

That Pellegrini comment about pain in the ankle has got me worried as it sounds like they are still not sure what the problem is. A week ago he gave the impression that he would be ready for the Norwich game....I just hope it's not the start of one of these long drawn out sagas with vague comments about when he may return.

Looking on the bright side maybe it's just a precaution and we will see him in Seville.
 
As much as his abscence is a huge blow,we are coping fine without him.The 2 Ferns developing a great understanding is a big reason for that,and xo absolutely no reason to risk his early,unnecessary, inclusion
