Nail on the head here for me. Especially away from home it has to be ONE of KDB or Silva with the two wingers and two of Fernandinho/fernando/toure/delph behind. Much more balance in the side and more work ethic in the team. Not sure whats quite wrong with silva at the moment, he seems half the player we know he can be but he also has plenty of company when saying that about players this year.

Ditto. I'm convinced the problem is MP. At times yesterday I was scratching my head trying to work out what our shape was. The players looked equally confused.

I would just say it as it is, Silva's last 3 or 4 games has been very poor. I really don't know who to blame here - MP or Merlin.

Maybe being forced to play through it. Too many passengers though, I could have sworn pellers said he liked to play a pressing game when he first joined. First season we did to a degree but now we stand off an make average players look good like baz gaz.

Then why isn't he telling the manager not to play him? He's been appalling for a while now, completely shirking the creative responsibility onto De Bruyne. He can't be arsed running back either. He should be dropped so KDB can play in the number ten.
