By god he better get the recognition he deserves this season. Absolute outrage how he's constantly looked over for player of the year. Pretenders have tried to challenge and he's seen them all off. Carzorla, Mata, Ozil, Fabregas, Oscar.. None are fit to lace his boots.

I think he will retire at the Etihad, and I also think he has another 5 seasons in him at the top level. His game is solely based on intelligence, dont need the speed for what David does. An amazing player.

Agreed he seems to be getting better with age,but when the time comes to replace him,well hopefully one from the eds will come through like Garcia...
