I am unconcerned. He has athleticism and skill to burn and he's like what? 21? 22?

A few games playing alongside The Master and he will be an incredible defender for years to come.

Got rattled after the unfortunate own goal and compounded it with a rash mistake. Not helped to calm down by some decidedly dodgy play from experienced players around him, but needs to settle down after making a mistake, rather than let it lead to others. Saved our bacon with his pace on a few occasions when Yaya kept underhitting square passes in our own half and seemed to calm down and do well in the second half.
That has been a feature in most games this season. Teams will not stand back and watch our pretty footwork. They want the champions' scalp so they'll harry and chase.

Re: Mangala

Was he pissed?

Need to concentrate and play hard for 90 minutes every week, not just the big games.

Re: Mangala

Silly errors really but they will get ironed out. Still doesn't change how immense he was against Chelsea. He'll come good.

Re: Mangala

Has everyone forgotten how hard Demichellis had it adjusting to the Prem League?

All blues were saying sell or why not Lescott?!

Today we love Dare to Demichellis

Give it a rest fellow blues.... we need to give Mangala a minimum of the first half of the season...

With Kompany, Mangala will no doubt be one of the best CBs in europe ... Just enjoy the 3 points, hope for Chelsea to lose and laugh at Rooney's red!
