Sadly he is always prone to expensive mistakes.
If he doesnt improve drastically, in a few years time, his name will echo in the halls of expensive flops with the likes of Jo and Santa Cruz.
He has been here a year and a half and I see no improvement at all.
I ve played football for long time now, and I can see if a player is a footballer or not. Unfortunately, Delph doesn t have it either. L.
Not just the defenders mate.Got worse if anything But there is a decent player in there unfortunately our manager and his staff can't coach a player to make them better. With the lack of organisation and work on the training ground by the defensive coach it means the defenders are suffering
I don't watch much foreign football. Only the Champions League really. I don't know how people have the time for it! But from what I remember at the time, the general consensus was that he was "raw", had "good physical attributes", but was "prone to errors".Genuine question to you foreign football observers - What was he like at Porto? What did we see in him to justify signing him at the fee we paid?
