He's played well since his return from injury and hasn't looked out of place amongst his more expensive team mates.

Actually Dihno and Delph should be the box to box CMs ahead of a Modric type schemer. That's when we'll be at our best. Silva, Debruyne Navas and Sterling rotating on the wings, with a main striker.

And who is our Modric type schemer?

For me with the squad we have we're best set up for a 4-2-3-1; places our best player in his best position (Silva at 10 role) & gives us width to stretch opposition to give Silva room to operate. Playing Silva out wide is detrimental considering how good he is through the middle, also brings Aguero into play more often rather than having him isolated.

Think this was demonstrated very well with that winning run (11 matches was it?) that happened when we played this; puts our best players in their best positions & gets us playing good football. Injuries forced us into change, but once we're back to near full capacity I see no reason why we wouldn't go back to it.

Delph/Dinho in this formation gives us much more protection than Yaya being there & both could get forward in the knowledge that the other can cover them.

Spot on.

I think he should be a starter now and playing a few more games will get him fully back to match fitness. After such a long layoff he has started his comeback really well.

Delph was a breath of fresh air, closing down, running, passed well, if it wasn't for that assist my kdb, he'd of been motm easy. Really impressed with him in general as well, just a nice lad, quite funny from what I've seen.

As he is still coming back from injury, it wouldn't surprise me.

Really like Delph I think he's always going to give 100% get stuck in and looks comfortable on the ball I can see him starting a lot if games for us as long as he stays fit will prove to be a quality signing and for just 8m let's just holoe he stays fit!
