No one is giving this lad any credit. Created three chances in the first half and still gets battered in the match thread. Having a great season, keep it up Jesus.
Don't be silly, 2 chances created.

Below average performance.

Not sure why he was getting slated in the match thread. Created one of our best chances in the first half. If Dzeko had gotten a little more contact with his head, we'd have had the lead at half.

Like I said in the match thread, the chances he creates (which are very rarely converted) seem to be hugely outweighed by those he wastes. The number of times he has the ball at his feet and seems to be trying to decide what to do, before hitting the first man...the only aspect of his game that has pace is his legs. His speed of thought isn't up to scratch for the level he's playing at (in my opinion, of course).

ah but ask ye this..... do you want 10 sort of chances or 7 sh*t ones and 3 gilt edge ones....

with ageuro playing, i know what i'd prefer.

He doesn't create three gilt edged ones, though. Milner is far more accurate and retains possession better, which is a huge part of our game. Now Silva's back, I'd move Milner to the right and Nasri down the left.

Milner does not retain possession better at all

Love his attitude, and he can cause problems, but his 'refusal' to take on an opponent frustrates the shit out of me.Does he lack confidence in himself?
