A constant threat?! To who exactly?? He offered zero threat.......he gets a lot of the ball, that doesn't imply threat.Massive overreactions over Navas today, some of you cunts just want or need a boo boy, he was a constant threat on the right all match and worked well with Sagna, yes his crossing wasn't brilliant but not all of them, he put plenty of good balls in and as for the idiot in the match day thread who claimed he never beats a man, well to give him the benefit of the doubt he just blind to what goes on on the pitch.
I am sure one guys whole contribution to the match day thread was 30 posts just repeating himself over and over again slating Navas, is there a point to saying the same thing over and over again ? We read it and understood your hatred in the first post and by the 5th got it fully.
As for Roberts being ready to go in the first team, well that is just laughable really, do you want to destroy another young lad to the viciousness of the below average City fan.
Seems incapable of finding a blue shirt with any of his passes. He gets in some great positions but you just know the move will break down when the ball comes to him.
He's playing because the other options are crocked mate. Roberts must be a better bet at present though.First things first Navas's work rate cannot be questioned but as an attacking outlet his final ball and finishing is simply not good enough. He's had ample opportunity and not delivering (look at his scoring record). He was a like a rabbit in headlights when put through in the first half. If we aspire to be kings of Europe etc he is simply not good enough, anyone with a football brain can see it. Then again Pellers and co differ so what do I Know!
He didn't mate, all his balls in were either behind his targets, or didn't beat the defence. Great work rate, utter shit at everything else.Absolute cobblers.
So every pass he makes goes to the opposition?
He created as many opportunities as Sterling and Toure today.
