A new manager will mark that time, as long as Pellegrini is in charge he will always play.
Don't think so. Once Silva gets fit, De Bruyne and Nasri will share the right sided role in the team. Navas will be on the bench or play in the Cups. That game goes in the memory banks on top of too many games where his crossing has let him down.

At least Sterling and Aguero have produced in recent games, and months whereas Navas has repeatedly come up short and now its getting more noticeable. There will be consequences.

I'd let him go for a packet of crisps atm. One of the most frustrating player I've ever watched.

Probably has the worst brain in world football, his end product is fucking abysmal. Can't shoot, can't cross, can't take a man on... how is he still playing for us?

What he does do well is he makes great runs and gets in behind a lot which is great but he does fuck all with it. And it's not like this shits ever going to improve at nearly 30 years old is it? The guys a fucking myth, stolen a reputation.

Surely we'd be better off giving a youth player a chance than playing Navas? Barker and Roberts could do so much better with the opportunities Navas gets in our team. Doubt he'll go anywhere though, seems Pellegrini fucking loves him.

Becoming the new Dzeko around the ground atm, with most of us knowing he's useless and the rest blindly defending him. The truth is though, if we ever want to reach the heights of the champions league, we can't be playing Jesus Navas. Hopefully KDB's arrival pushes him further and further away from the team.

He's a statistical phenomenon in my opinion. To be capable of driving hundreds of crosses into the box without ever finding a teammate, it's fucking unbelievable. He should start trying to intentionally hit the first man and see if it helps him put a decent ball in.

wondering why Navas is a favorite player for Pellegrini. He is not helping the team, just run with the ball and crossing it widely.

He needs to start doing the complete opposite of his first thought, might actually accomplish something.

People on here are saying he played we!!! Played well??? Sorry you must be pissed or should take up watching another sport. I have not seen such an atrocious display from a professional player. How the fuck can a winger not be able to cross a ball? Not once or twice but every fucking time!!
If he is ever in that starting line up again I will go berserk! He is beyond dreadful. I genuinely think most people in the stands could put a better ball in.
It's midnight and I am still steaming angry now!

Massive overreactions over Navas today, some of you cunts just want or need a boo boy, he was a constant threat on the right all match and worked well with Sagna, yes his crossing wasn't brilliant but not all of them, he put plenty of good balls in and as for the idiot in the match day thread who claimed he never beats a man, well to give him the benefit of the doubt he just blind to what goes on on the pitch.

I am sure one guys whole contribution to the match day thread was 30 posts just repeating himself over and over again slating Navas, is there a point to saying the same thing over and over again ? We read it and understood your hatred in the first post and by the 5th got it fully.

As for Roberts being ready to go in the first team, well that is just laughable really, do you want to destroy another young lad to the viciousness of the below average City fan.
Wow! I mean wow! When were these good balls in? You must be related to him.

Worked hard but lacks the ability and capability of producing anything noteworthy on numerous ocasions, his final ball and overall ability as a winger is not first team standards for us, he'd be a great as a impact player but not someone who should start! Obviously with the unexpected injury to Silva and the absence of Nasri it only left us with Navas and Patrick Roberts and to be quite honest with how inept Navas has been I honestly couldn't have seen what we would have had to lose giving Roberts his first start, but having said that hindsight is a wonderful thing.
