i really dont understand where this is coming from, he's been really good all season for me. its literally only been todays goal that was maybe questionable. it just sounds like you dont like him, most neutrals it seems think joe hart is a really good keeper even buffon has said good things. it sounds like your saying all the things that he did last season in that bad patch he was in. he's what 28 ?? not exactly old for a keeper. his kicking has improved and saving is as good as ever.

Mate, I want him to do well. I just don't see it anymore. I think too many blues are blinded by sentimentality frankly.

I've felt this way for a long time, and it's not an overreaction to today. There are too many flaws to his game to be considered among the world's best, and that's what we should be aspiring to. That's what we hoped Joe would go on to become, and he hasn't. And likely won't.

He'll have the odd game where he'll look a world beater (Barca away), and then a week later he'll be making rudimentary errors in a run of the mill league fixture.

Feel free to disagree, but that's how I see it.

id say he's in the top 5 keepers in the world right now. even nuers been average for me quite a bit. to have him as the best keeper in the world is a pretty hard task for any player, even the players i think your talking about like courtoius, neuer, de gea have all made very bad mistakes in the past year. i just feel like your looking into the past to much specifically his bad patch a few seasons ago, he's improved on his flaws, for example his kicking has been really good this year. this season he's only made questionable error and that was todays - even then the shot did have curve on it and mangala didn't come out. literally up to this game every one from buffon, hodgson, pundits city fans have been saying that he's been one of our best players. Buffon.

Lloris.

Keylor Navas.

Probably a couple more, but those are the obvious ones, and I don't want to get into a half hour debate about the merits of a couple in which there isn't much in it.

Honestly don't think there's much between Joe and someone like Begovic.

feel like we are just gonna keep repeating ourselves haha but ....

apart from courtois at a push i wouldn't have any of the ones you've mentioned. all of them are error prone. Buffon is a great keeper but doesnt have long left and is making mistakes more often, keylor navas is average, chech has been average for arsenal. Dea gea can be good, but again he's prone to the same mistakes just like lloris. Begovic has actually been really of for chelsea especially against us aha

Adrian's a decent keeper but at pace and low in the corner they're hard to stop.
De Bruyne proved that today!
The fact people think he may have been culpable is testament to the amount of times he's pulled us out of the shit on a regular basis!

Against Everton at 1-0 up he nearly let them back in by flapping at a corner at a crucial time of the game.
