We're almost in a nothing to lose situation with Bony struggling for form/confidence and Kun not back to 100%. Much as I hate the GPC, one area he got it right was with breaking new talent into the first 11. Time to chuck nacho on, tell him he's god, and this is the best club in the world and let him get on with it. If it goes wrong it will be no worse than a half fit Kun or mis-firing Bony.I can't think of another reason apart from the price tag to be honest, when I first saw Sturbridge at city I knew he had something and it used to drive me mad that he got very few chances, it's a cop out for managers to not play a youngster sometimes, they don't want the hassle or the flak if it goes wrong, with Sergio out he should have been tried much more, then again the manager doesn't think he is a striker and thought we were playing the top of the table team tonight
Why does he only get like 3 minutes a game? like, Why? He's not put a foot wrong...and right now, Bony isn't looking the sharpest (and if you go through my previous posts I never stop defending Bony) so, why isn't he getting a little more trust to go out and have a go?!
Totally agree mate, Im beginning to think Nacho and Roberts have been given the nestasic treatment. Shame because I reckon Nacho especially, will come a very big potential in time.its the same with all the youngsters under pelle - none of them have been given a chance. its criminal nacho hasn't. even patrick roberts, we bought him and he's all but dissapeard, has barely played any games at all.
