Why does he only get like 3 minutes a game? like, Why? He's not put a foot wrong...and right now, Bony isn't looking the sharpest (and if you go through my previous posts I never stop defending Bony) so, why isn't he getting a little more trust to go out and have a go?!
Because Bony's profile was more fitting to the issue at hand than Iheanacho. Iheanacho aint no target man or hanging striker, aka he's not the kind of player like bony who's main quality's are such things like strenght and Aerial abbilety, and the issue was that Leicester was being rather hard and numerous in the box and that this asks more for a brute force type of player than a more flairy and lighter type of player like Aguero or Iheanacho. Icheanacho like Aguero is more the type of a deep striker/finisher, players who's quality is more along the lines of speed, maneuverabbilety, dribbling and technique. These same quality's ment that Iheanacho could also be used as a winger which is how Pellers used him today with the consideration afcourse that he is not a superb crosser and thus should act more like an inside going winger.
Point is, if the defense is a hard one to break, conventional wisdom would tell a manager to put some beast in, heck in the odd occasion some would even put a CB there for that reason because they tend to have the strenght and aerial abbilety. Bony is our only targetman i presume. Iheanacho i presume is more a replacement for Aguero shoudl ageuro fall out and the situation is more to the likes of such a player, with other words more room and more intent to exploit fast counters, but then i guess Iheanacho will only see limited playtime when Ageurro is fully fit. He's still only 19 years old though and i bet he gets a nice salary here so if i were him i'd consider being somewhat patient.
If youre unhappy with Bony, get a better beast type. As a belgian i'd suggest Lukaku for this kind of work, wouldn't be surprized if half the forum would be ok with that one.
