It was the right time for the introduction of Yaya anyway as we were losing control of the midfield at that point and well as Kelechi played he was the least effective of our players in that area .
Pelle did right by him by starting him but not running him into the ground.

In his post match interview Pellers said he had to bring Yaya on for Kelechi cos when we lost Kolarov we were short of height when defending. I assume he meant free kicks and corners.

That makes more sense than the other stuff about 'controlling' a game we were already cruising so I can accept his reasoning being fair enough re that as we weren't great at all defending set pieces.

Outstanding player with a great future who has been hampered by a useless fucker who gets picked in front of him. Thankfully it seems the penny has dropped and the true talent will surely sign and the useless bonie idle **** will be history. Best young talent for a long long time:

Unbelievable young player, I feel we've only scratched the surface of how good he can become. It's baffling that the most talented under 20 player in England is still so unknown.

Guardiola is going to absolutely love him.

Pellegrini will always be remembered as a nice guy around here, if completely inept at times. If Kelechi makes his big breakthrough under Pellers' management I, for one, will be eternally grateful to him for doing what Bobby didn't have the chance to do: promote youth and show that our EDS can still produce top tier, if not world class, footballers.

Let's all hope that he doesn't turn out to be a Guidetti.

Well to compare him to Guidetti is simply not done :) Have never seen a kid with so much composure and awareness around him. Once the butterflies in his stomach settles down and he adapts to more physical aspect of Senior games. Hopefully, adapt like El Mago inspite of his diminutive figure. This guy is simply gonna score goals for fun in the future. I kind of like how Pelle is "easing" him into the senior squad. Just like teasing your partner multiple times before finally going for it :)

Quite a lot of people know of Dele Alli.
