Being eligible to play for City as per UEFA rules AND Getting a work permit to play for City in England ARE TWO ENTIRELY DIFFERENT THINGS.
Though I agree he might not be able to play for us till next season on the B-List. It kind of depends what the contract start date was for Kelchi.
- If it was immediate that he could play in the Champions League knock-out stages this season.
- If it was Summer 2014 then he won't be able to play on th CL B-list till next season.

I imagine that must be correct, because had we sent him on loan for example, like we have with Nawakali, he would still be counted as a City player, on loan, even if he wasn't eligible to play over here. So his 2 year qualification will be counted from when he registered at City, not from when the work permit arrived.

Don't suppose they will tell us anything, we will just have to wait & see.

If you mean this one http://www.manchestereveningnews.co...ews/man-citys-sergio-aguero-following-9239938 then his injury record since he started it (I'm not sure when exactly that was BTW) would seem to suggest otherwise http://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/sergio-aguero/verletzungen/spieler/26399

Correlation and cause and effect are two very different things.

Going to this doctor for nutrition advice may make the headlines but it will be a very small part of the overall picture.

There's also a lot of mistruths and poor advice mentioned in the article.

Just rewatched the highlights on the City website and if it wasn't for Yayas pass behind him he would of easily had 2 on Saturday

why not a continuation of the argentinian blues song

we've got yaya toure
we've got wilfried bony tooooo
we've got keleichi iheanacho
thereee our african blues
our african blues, are coming after you
our african blues are after you

then switch everytime, nice bit of variation there

That Skysports article you referenced earlier has the answer:

He travelled to Manchester late last year to train with the club and has now agreed a deal, which will be finalised when he turns 18 later this year and he will officially move from the Taye Academy in his homeland.

His 18th birthday was on October 3rd 2014 and on that basis he wouldn't be eligible for the B-list until October 2016.
