Completely agree. I would have been staggered - and actually a little annoyed - if he had been named in the CL squad. He simply is not ready nor reliable enough for that level of competition.

I fear for Kelechi, Denayer and Roberts. I really don't believe this club will ever give them a chance. If we don't give these bunch a fair shot then we can forget it. word will spread like it has here in London amongst parents and agents that players will happily join Spurs and Chelsea knowing that they have no chance of making but will get well paid.

I just hope we've not built that fantastic complex just for show.

Totally agree, he was never getting in that squad as an A list player, he's only played 7 minutes of competitive football for City.

Get him the European Youth league side, and let him dominate there.
