With all.due respect to.him, and I have seen him both in the EDS and today, he's head and shoulders above the unrequited love that is Lopes

But you guys carry on with the negative shit and the smugness. I'm sure someone thinks its cool

I wasn't talking about Lopes. But you carry on jumping to stupid conclusions, I'm sure others find it entertaining

Imo Lopes.is an average player and I've been saying it for months
And each time I get jumped on by those that know better

Tbh I'm sick of the abuse from those who watch the odd game and think they know it all
Why should I be bullied from the thread when I say Lopes is average?
Manchester City currently are a top team and will only want top players
Until some get that in their heads they will continue to thrash around in here

Bullied from a thread?

Calm down petal, maybe have a nice brew or something

With all due respect to him, he's probably not even our best young talent.

He was the best player at FIFA U17 World Cup. That's an objective fact - He was the best U17 player in the world. Forget that he's African or in the city academy. I don't know why you think any of the other so-called young talents guys are better than him.

I agree with Squirty, other than Denayer, none of our other academy kids are at a level i'd be happy throwing them in at the deep end.Kelechi has a fantastic ability but he also has a natural big stage character and confidence to match.Placing expectations on young shoulders requires that special thing and,if it isn't handled correctly,it could do far more harm than good imo.

He looks so passionate and hungry as well and you can tell the rest of the squad really want him to do well. Love him already.

Really happy for Iheanacho. Not only does he hold the talent and that special confidence you need to perform at a young age, he also seems quite intelligent & grounded. From the interviews I've seen, he seems to have his feet firmly on the ground.

I love this fella.

He has a burning desire plus that touch of arrogance and belief in his own ability that you need to succeed at the top level. His fast reactions to pounce and score that chance is the sort of speed of thought and foot you get with youth. If he is lucky with injuries and keeps grounded he should make it to the top level.
