Didn't think he was poor against the rags in so much I thought the rags ganged up on him and Sterling. Did was what was needed tonight.

I actually don't think he played all that great tonight. He was somewhere inbetween 'ok' and 'good'. Yet he still manages to get a goal and an assist. That's the wonderful thing about him.

Agreed. There was an air of frustration about him tonight and some of the link up play and passes were not coming off. Balls he normally hits 9 times from 10.

Such is the mark of a quality player though, a goal and an assist still. Had it not been for a jcb foot from Yaya at the swamp he'd have had an assist there as well.

He's such a pure, simple, quality footballer. Just what the doctor ordered from our point of view and he's going to go on and become a huge player for us over a period of time.

Of course that assuming he stays. I see a raw potential in this lad that will only get better and take him to the sort of level that people will call me silly names for if I say it. It's been a short period time in a blue shirt but he's just a machine, and if he stands the test of time, well the rest will be history.

I just hope he does it all in a blue shirt

Great player and I agree will only get better, but I think he's looked tired in the last three games and would benefit from a week without a midweek game. Surprised he played tonight. I'd have played Sterling who looks to me like he needs game time to find his feet and belief. KDB class act though.

Call me crazy but I think we could see him rested against Norwich. It's just a hunch, nothing more.

Thought he only was victim of the tactic against Utd, but it seems that he is tired indeed. He has played a lot of games in a short time, so it's possible.
