He created the freekick for KDB's goal with a run past 2-3 players if I'm not mistaken. In the second half he created a few chances, for example one for KDB from the left, before being subbed.
He did indeed, was a great run & the only memorable one. Let's be honest, Belgium were playing a team of amateurs, I don't think Hazard or KdB did much other than their respective set piece goals. Mertens for me was the best of the 3. They were playing Andorra though, I imagine they'd happily just take the 4-1 win than go all out & risk injury/fatigue.

Hazard gets so much criticism from the Belgian fans because he doesn't perform to the level they know he can and expect of him. For me, working under Mourinho is costing him. Look at the De Bruyne situation. Doesn't get a game for Chelsea (when he does he gets man of the match), largely because Mourinho didn't like his style of play and didn't trust his commitment to the team. He goes to Wolfsburg and is allowed the freedom to play attacking football and does incredibly well. He's also performing consistently well for Belgium and has settled in at City without a problem.

Hazard has to run himself into the ground for Mourinho. Mourinho would be more impressed if Hazard sprinted 50metres towards his own goal to try and defend as he would seeing him beat two players and bury the ball in the net. He's holding Hazard's attacking potential back and it's having an impact on his performances for Belgium where their fans want to see him entertain but he's been coached out of doing so.

The England fans have it with Rooney - he's managed to score a record number of goals, been one of the best strikers for the rags (prior to the last couple of years) but for England hasn't managed to repeat that at International level. Do I regard him as one of the best strikers for England? No. But when you see his record it seems odd anyone would say he hasn't been.

Hehe, the flemish commentators are having their half-time talk with Courtois at the table (injured). They were talking about KDB being the best Belgian on the field (as usual) and Courtois confirmed this. So they asked him if Chelsea were talking about KDB's great start at City. Courtois answered with: "sure, the players have been talking about it a bit. But if you're asking about the trainer, then no".
