Play him on the right and let him run past people and cross. Holds on to the ball too long on the left.
 
He's been getting worse game by game, last good game was probably Watford when he moved centrally. He seems reluctant to run with the ball and take a man on these days. His form has affected Kolarov's game going forward as well.
 
Played well the first few games but with high expectations he's feeling the pressure. Give him some time off to fix his form.

Right now with him double thinking every touch he gets to all sorts out wide and this affects our speed. Even when we break he looked bereft of ideas. It's not that he doesn't put an extra shift either, he's just shot of confidence
 
Sounds a little daft but at Liverpool he was the main man and allowed to just be himself, he had to be yet with us its also about players like Merlin, Yaya, Kun and KdB and he is trying too hard right now to change his game to be more like them.

Confidence is all he needs and it will come.
 
We forget he's only 20 and played a lot of high pressure games feel he needed a rest a few games a go but with injuries he had to play, would like to see him play on the right to see he does..

Agreed the question to be asked is he being made to change his game to pass more between the likes of silva, kolarov,kun thus taking away one of his best abiltys in that he can take and burn players for dust normally?
 
He just looks in over his head whenever he gets the ball. He was much more decisive at Liverpool. Maybe it's the pressure of having to perform to keep his place getting to him
