So how does Barker, for example, get experience and prove that he can do it at the top level? It's unlikely that Real Madrid will be taking him on loan any time soon.

Your guess is as good as mine, I was just answering the question of what he has over them other players mentioned.

Another quality signing from the club. This guy, I'm hoping, will be scoring match-winning CL final goals in 2020 for us. He's got a great base of natural talent and he's already accomplished more than most players have at his age - A sign of a true potential great. He's shown us that he is not such an egotist as people might portray him to be, by knuckling down in training and working on his deficiencies. I've no doubt he will break his goal/assist record again, this season.

His effect on the team (completing the transformation Navas started) being a pacey wide player has been fantastic and his bedding in, for me, has been to expectation (really good.) 50 million pound for potential, in this current climate, with our current revenue streams, is money well-spent. Love watching these young attacking players getting into our team, just knowing that they will only get better. Awesome stuff.

The best english talent that football has seen since... well, you know the fat ogre I'm talking about.

Props to the club for our efforts to sign him. Shame on the media for attempting to mentally break the young man in the hopes of selling ad-space.

Spot on. One of the best u21 players in the world. Everytime I watch highlights of that Seville game, I want to knock on his door and just hug him for five minutes. I liked him already at Liverpool and now i truly love him. I want him to succeed so badly. My favourite City player atm together with Aguero, Kompany and Nasri.

I have seen some criticism of him for missing that header against Aston Villa but (a) he got into the right position, (b) got quite a bit of power into the header, (c) but unfortunately for him Guzan made a spread-eagled dive across the goal and (luckily for him) his face got in the way.
He didn't miss a sitter, he was just unlucky.

Agreed.

You could say it was to perfect a slight slice from his header and would of been in top corner

I'm not convinced by Sterling. That's not to say he won't become a top player, but at the moment when I watch him I always think that if you take away his pace, he offers little else.
So just like Augero, then take away his finishing, what have you got, that's the whole thing about Stirling his pace,if you saw his composure for the Seville goal,he is improving all the time

6 goals and a couple of assists already whilst settling in to a new club a level above he is used to and getting booed everywhere he goes
He contributes plenty with years more to grow and develop
