Some of these comments are astounding.
This is a player who was an integral par of two league titles, some of the best football we have ever played, and has stepped up when needed in several crunch matches in the past.

But even if you forget all that - he was injured, and opted to stay on the field to avoid us taking a disadvantage, even though we are cruising at 4-1 with maybe 15 minutes left. I know, easier to criticise though.

It's clear that he's okay with being a squad player and nothing more. Guys like Kompany, Aguero, Silva, Yaya etc have a desire to be the best and you can see their passion to be on the field and be the best they can be. Could you imagine any of those being on the bench for any considerable time and them not knocking on the managers door? Nasri is a player that could've taken us the next level, we signed a player with the potential to be world-class and he hasn't fulfilled that potential.
