Re: Sergio Aguero

We did Ok without him last time. I'm hopeful the damage is slight like Zabaleta

Re: Sergio Aguero

I don't care about Chelsea, we can do them without Aguero but it would be absolute shit if he would miss Barcelona.

No chance in hell Barca defenders could deal with him when he is on top of his game. He would make Pique to look silly, much worse players are doing that.

Perhaps its not so bad, if he's saying coming off was precautionary.

7 days 2 hours

How many seconds? Remember you must know nothing to guess.

I actually studied hamstrings for 37 years 6 months 19 days 3 hours 23 minutes and 5 seconds

At a Tibetan monastery with Buddhist fighting monks trained in the art of sinew-jitsu
LOL
Fighting Buddhist monks ???

Re: Sergio Aguero

That's both Arsenal and Spurs who have had their hopes raised seeing Aguero go off, only for us to smash a further 4 goals past them.

We're pretty special aren't we.

Re: Sergio Aguero

On a serious note (this is purely based on my injuries - i'm not trying to make out like im the team's physio here), I've had a couple of hamstring injuries, couple of minor ones, couple of major ones. Most minor one i had actually just turned out to be cramp, felt a twinge, may have caught a couple of fibres but scan showed nothing. 3 days rest, some hamstring conditioning and general mobilisations I was back, fully fit and sprinting at 100% in 5 days and that's without the level of care these guys have got. This is also a fairly common type of injury - based on this he may make Chelsea on Monday night. Hope this eases anyone's fears/questions regarding hamstring injuries!

It can be strained or torn , often the most stress occurs with sprinting and having to stop suddenly.

In this case I think its strained , for if it was torn he would have felt a lot more pain and would have had to be assisted off the ground.

My best guess 2-3 weeks largely due to mot wishing to bring him back too soon and risk doing it again and actually tearing it.
