Four if you include Kompany

Five if you include Joe

Six with Zabba.

We have the best striker, two best midfield players (arguably 3 with Nasri in pre-injury form), two of the best defenders and possibly the best goalkeeper. 6 or 7 of the PL's best players are in our 1st team.

Seven with The Beast

Re: Sergio Aguero

Perhaps it's all psychological games - all an act.. so Maureen thinks he's not playing and adjusts accordingly - then BOOM out comes Kun on Monday night.

Looked to me (who has absolutely no medical knowledge whatsoever) that he was told to not move if he had the slightest tingle of muscle issues. He immediately sat down and did not move an inch.

I wonder how many of our players will be in the PFA team of the year this year regardless of whether we win anything. Surely Zabba, Vinny, Merlin, Yaya, Ferny, Sergio and Beast will be in and Joe, Jesus and Samir should be.

You're joking aren't you

Here's my prediction

Lloris
Coleman
Mertesacker
Vertonghen
Baines
Townsend
Ramsey
Mata
Januzai
Suarez
Rooney

Young player januzai

New category added - old player - giggs

Re: Sergio Aguero

seem to pull up first after the run for the ball and then walk back to the halfway line I was shaking my head thinking its another 6 to 8 weeks out

but I am hoping it maybe cramp or something small but the odds are not good

That would take "mind games" to a new level, its unlikely that we'd a) take off our best player before half time, and b) risk a player with a poor recent injury record, who hadn't warmed up, just to play mind games.

Re: Sergio Aguero

If you watch Kun closely in most matches, at some point or other you see him limping and looking uncomfortable and not moving well.

Im sure last night was just as he states, a slight tightening and that he went off as a precaution and he will be back firing within a fortnight.

LOL, wouldnt put anything past them.

If at minimum Kun, Silva and Kompany aren't in there, we should just laugh and laugh for the joke it is.

btw, I'd have Tim Howard in goals. Maybe not a fashionable choice, but he's been rock solid this year.

Re: Sergio Aguero

Sit out the next 3 games, then back for the Cup game against Chelsea. We pushed him a little too much and he's suffered as a result so a nice 2 1/2 week break will do him the power of good.
