He didn't pull/tear the hamstring at pace, so hopefully the injury isn't too severe. If he'd been running at full pace and done it then there's more potential for it to be a more serious injury, or for him to further injure it as he's trying to slow down with only 1 functioning leg! The fact it was at a slow pace, and he came straight off, will have mitigated any further damage. I'm not any kind of medical professional, but you'd think 2 to 3 weeks might be about right, although Zabaleta was back after 10 days!

Thanks, mate, I feel a lot better reading your post. Get back to us as soon as, Kun. We've got a big 5 weeks ahead of us... and then there's the rest of the season!

Serge is top 3 footballers in the world. Feel so lucky to be able to watch him play in a City shirt.

Talksport reporting that Aguero injury not as serious as feared apparently - no idea why

Possibly on the back of Kun's comments of him going off as a precaution after feeling it go tight rather than it pulling or tearing.

Hopefully true given his twitter comments but bear in mind that most of talk sport's "information" is just stuff Alan Brazil makes up when he's drunk.

The best player in the world for me at present.

Great player but quite a distance from that level yet. He is having a great run though.

There's a load of hype around Messi and Ronaldo and to be fair they have both achieved amazing things and have been increbile. But really, honestly, would we be a much better side if we replaced Aguero with Messi or Ronaldo? Are there goals that those two would have scored but Aguero missed? For me it's a no. I really do think he is in the world's top 3.

When? You imply that there is a time during the week when he isn't!
