We can definitely cope but I feel gutted for Sergio.. reckon he would have gone on to break the 30 goal barrier in the league and been nailed on for PFA Player of the year.

He can certainly still break the 30 goal barrier, when he comes back

City 4-6 weeks. So we'll be lucky to see him by March.

What time zone are you in then? 6 weeks from today is January 20th.

It was inevitable Sergio would succumb to an injury at some stage of the season, and in saying that I don't suggest for a moment he's the proverbial 'sick note'; all our players, over a long and arduous season will do so at some stage. Just hope our form and positive vibe continue and one of Jojo or Dzeko seize the opportunity presented, just like Nasri has in Spanish Dave's absence.

My money is on a torn medial ligament, usually be 6 weeks until match fit again. Have done the same thing and the pain when it happened was enough to bring me to tears but was able to walk within a few minutes, in fact I foolishly played the rest of the match albeit only using the other leg!

If it was season threatening I very much doubt he'd have been walking off.

Hate to say I told you so.

Those 4-6 weeks refers to how long he will be out of action right? But then it will take him a couple of weeks to regain match fitness I would think.

The first real test of our medical staff at our new facility, hopefully it will be nearer to 4 weeks than 8 weeks, fingers crossed.

Seems strange to say I'm happy he's out for a possible 8? Weeks.....much better than a year and reconstructive surgery.

Started the season with this roster and i don't see the window opening and 18 goals walking in.
