Sorry de Niro full respect to you as a blue but that is complete and utter b*llox. He has been our best player the last few games. The real Yaya is well on his way back. Give him our support and he will be back.

Pellegrini had it right, it is only our rivals that seemingly want to rubbish him, they have seen an opportunity to destabilise the situation with the nonsense in the summer and city fans seemingly follow like the pied piper.

i think you are right he is getting better but make no mistake he wanted a move and still does. even last season he was next to useless when his head drops. you are also correct in that we support him, well all of them, untill they snap out of this blip.
all that said a bit of luck or better still some honest refereeing wouldn't hurt.

Can't blame that one on the ref yesterday. We got the decent end of that with Aguero's goal being both borderline offside and a possible handball. If QPR had scored that yesterday there would have been an outcry on here.

yep, down to us and the manager yesterday. the luck bit though would have zab vinny and dave playing.

True we miss Silva and I'm totally with you on the stupidly of playing him against Newcastle especially knowing that Newcastle with 2 prem games in 6 days would not be playing a strong side. That was a huge fuck up and it has cost us.

We are also starting to play teams that have just hit form before they play us. West Ham, QPR and low and behold Swansea get a morale boosting win just before playing us! Even Sunderland have picked up although losing to them is so routine now it's almost worth sticking a £70 on 1-0 to pay for next years ST.

I'll not shed a tear when Yaya leaves, but for now we need to get behind him, and the rest of the team, and he's been nowhere near as bad as some of the pundit driven hype has claimed he's been imho.

This. We should get behind them all now and sell Yaya (and one of two others) at the end of the season with proper replacements lined up. He'll be well past his best by then and hasn't earned any loyalty.

In the meantime, even below par, he's one of our more effective players.

Re: Yaya?

Up and till yesterday his form was slowly returning. He had a chance to really star in that number ten role behind Sergio but fell way short of our expectations. His short passing game was awful yesterday and without Vinny and Merlin I was hoping he would step up and provide us with some much needed leadership and inspiration.

Re: Yaya?

He looked more interested in having a go at teammates to me tbh, but I guess that shows he's at least awake.

Not surprised, did you see Clichys passes to the advertising boards?

I wouldn't of minded that, but it was mainly when Yaya had given the ball away or kicked it out of play for no reason. Can't stand that shite tbh, espeically not from a captain, own up to your mistakes instead of trying to blame others. A bit too Ronaldo-esque for my taste.

Re: Yaya?

Its a f*cking disgrace that this guy leads the team out in Vinnies absence .... Is he still the officlal vice captain? .. Vice Captain should be Zab all day long, a City legend and true team player in my eyes ......
