he is done at this level.....don't have the legs anymore and we can;t keep him just in hope that he may score a beautiful goal here and there needs replacing ASAP

Said it in the match thread, but he also needs Fernandinho and Delph to try and cross the half way line with the ball. He is the only one of the three who does it. Without him, Silva and De Bruyne don't get the ball.

He did get caught more than a few times, but he is the only player who is expected to operate close to both penalty areas and he appears to be the sole link between the backline and the front line, which is easy to stop with a double press.

Delph and Fernandinho spent an awful lot of time closing down space Without ever managing to get a grip on the opposition. Furthermore, they did very little with the ball, nor did they even attempt to.

Our attacking play is stifled because it all goes through 3 or 4 players, and neither De Bruyne (and to a lesser extent) Silva will consistently go deep enough to pick up the ball.

Of course its easier to blame it all on Toure. So with that in mind, if we take him out of the team, we should stroll to success...like we did last January when he was away.

Agree with this.

He does my tits in but he starts everything. Fernandinho and Delph/Fernando contribute nothing with the ball going forward. Fernandinho has his moment sometimes, but not nearly enough.

Yaya has several faults, but he needs someone better with him. If he's off his game or too deep, there is literally no service into attacking midfield positions. Forces Silva and KdB to come deeper and isolate Aguero.

Spot on.
