Of course he is. If the agent repeatedly makes incendiary comments regarding the clients employers, then you have to assume he is acting on behalf of the player, otherwise the player would have a new agent. Yaya cannot be defended in this instance. Whatever his game is, it is backfiring. He has been made to look foolish by this guy, time and time again. Yaya's agent knows how to work Yaya because he knows his head is up his own arse! He'd create havoc if he had to sit on the bench. No way he'd sit there willing to do a job in the last 20 minutes. He'd do as much as possible through his agent to get a move or destabilize Pellegrini's position.

Best to get what we can out of him until the end of the season and then move on. He has been excellent for us while he was here. He is becoming more of a liability on his none going days. Everton in the Carling Cup was absolutely unforgivable for a professional footballer.
