Did you watch the interview? The tweet combined answers from different questions into one quote. The interviewer said "You said this season you haven't scored as many as you'd like for your club. You certainly score a few for England" to which he replied "Yeah there's a lot of different reasons why I haven't been scoring for my club, it's irrelevant now, I'm here now with England and I'm enjoying my football"

Don't see why people are susprised by hims saying this, unless if they were expecting him to have been satisfied with the season he's just had? Lol
