Players who might improve us

With the right coaching I think Winks would be a great signing. Comfortable on the ball, excellent passing range and high energy. Injury set backs are why he hasn't kicked on but everytime I see him play I see a deeper lying Phil Foden of a player. Has a real touch of class and through experience and coaching would nail that DM pivot role or play box to box.

Although Germany had an atrocious World Cup, there was someone called Brandt (?) who impressed in a few cameo performances.

Despite being favoured, I highly doubt he’s anywhere near Sane’s level though.

not sure if mentioned but been seeing a lot of news about this Nicolo Barella kid. Seems hed be a great fit in the squad. more recoveries than any other outfield players in serie a. apparently has quite an engine too. industrious which is needed.
havent seen much of him other than what ive read in article and a few highlights.
anyone more informed about him have an opinion?

Anthony Martial
I really really do believe that Pep could take Martial to the next Level. I think our future will be with Sane on the right cutting inside and Mendy providing the width and delivery from the left, so martial would slot in perfectly cutting inside from the left.
I think a Pep managed team with Martial on one flank and Sane on the other would be truly terrifying. I hope Martial continues to run down his contract.

Where would he play?
He'll replace Sterling when we refuse his extortion and he moves to RM.

I don't dislike Sterling but Pep has created the beast be is today and I don't think he will be as effective under anyone else. I agree with the clubs stance of refusing to pay him the same as DeBruyne and Aguero and I hope they stand firm. 220-250k would be fair. If he loves the project and the team he can stay, he RM is what he really wants I'll show him the door myself. Gooeluck replicating he current form there.
