The back 3 should switch order and be Laporte---Dias---Stones.

Wouldn't play Zinchenko as a wingback, he's too slow and can't dribble for that role, also Walker on the other end while fast, hasn't shown enough ability going forward to trust him there.

If you want to play 352 in a "Dream Team", then swap Walker to Cancelo and replace Zinny with a real wingback like Gosens or Mendes.

To be fair i doubt that, over the years a good footballer seems to be Pep`s choice with height power and pace being a bonus, the only exception to this being Walker.
