Anyone not in possession of a sick note.
I`d be very surprised if we added more than one player on top of Echeverri. Most players will return from injury before the transfer windowBe very surprised if we don't add at least 3 in Jan desperate for a back up striker a right back and someone in the rodders mould although kovatic I'd doing OK.
agree on that, it won't solve our issues simply cus good players rarely available in january or would cost 2x their value. buying wrong mediocre players for the sake of it won't do any good, we have to pray for our luck and make it through the summer. however, loaning somebody is another topic and could come in handy if the opportunity will comeI`d be very surprised if we added more than one player on top of Echeverri. reg. space will probably dictate alot as well, think it was 2 CL spaces at last count.I`d be very surprised if we added more than one player on top of Echeverri. Most players will return from injury before the transfer window
This, buying players for numbers is ridiculous, they end up not used but creaming money out of the club, and won't move as nobody will match their wages....do we want another Phillips? We were lucky Cancelo was happy to move to the joke Saudi league too.agree on that, it won't solve our issues simply cus good players rarely available in january or would cost 2x their value. buying wrong mediocre players for the sake of it won't do any good, we have to pray for our luck and make it through the summer. however, loaning somebody is another topic and could come in handy if the opportunity will come
If he's 'surplus to their requirements' why would we want him? Any player who is available, because they're surplus is not a good signing.Real Madrid's Aurélien Tchouaméni (DM) could be surplus to requirements soon.
Because Real like new toys. This lad is a top player. If he's 'surplus to their requirements' why would we want him? Any player who is available, because they're surplus is not a good signing.

Possibly true - also , if he feels unjustly marginalised/discarded by Real, he would come to us motivated and determined to prove them wrongThat is not a persuasive argument imo, because there may be perfectly good reasons why Madrid being willing to sell.
Perhaps they have other players who are a better fit for a revision of a tactical formation, and need funds to carry that out.
Your broadbrush statement about not being good enough for us , is bland and not necessarily accurate.
If Pep thought he could fulfill a role that was needed, and the price was acceptable, I believe that City would be interested.
I find your comment a bit naive tbh.
He is massively overrated. Don’t do nothing on the field.Real Madrid's Aurélien Tchouaméni (DM) could be surplus to requirements soon.

People could have said the same about KDB. Surplus to requirements at Chelsea....
I know he kicked on at Wolfsburg, but remember Merson and Thompson chuckling away on Soccer Saturday when we bought him.
Look at Cole Palmer.
Some players just fit.
No one has the answer....it's opinions ;)@southamptonblue isn't convinced .

I've seen nothing but 'average' in him.....the usual "what Pep can do with him" line is used alot, but I guess most are still wondering what he did with Phillips.
KDB is a non argument, there was a reason he went to Wolfsburg from Chelsea....none of the top clubs (managers) wanted him, he didn't just 'kick on' there either...he became one of the best players in that league. Not sure what's strange about Palmer either, he didn't fail here, he was behind some excellent players and young.....and Pep was happy to keep him ;)
Whilst I think you're correct in what we need, I think you'll be majorly disappointed with what we get.Be very surprised if we don't add at least 3 in Jan desperate for a back up striker a right back and someone in the rodders mould although kovatic I'd doing OK.
