Fuck me, do you really think he intentionally found an England shirt from that? Stop the clip at the start, close your eyes and think of the position you last saw if you were Phillips. Would you attempt such a pass. If so, you are in the wrong job.

Ben yedder of Monaco. Done it for the past few years in France and spain. Good record of scoring in Europe. Would be relatively cheap.
Downside is he is 30 but may be a good short term signing until the next top striker emerges.

He looked class when he broke through at Ajax. One to maybe keep an eye on of other targets prove problematic.

Yep, at the time it looked deliberate but very, very lucky it went to one of ours. We'd have been outnumbered if they broke on us there.Call me cynical but , having watched it now probably twenty times, I can only say there is no way he knows the positioning of the players behind him due to his eyes being on the ball. Therefore, I think he is very lucky not to concede possession in a dangerous area.
