Definitely a bit of a sour grapes on this, but I'll be keeping my eye on Destiny Udogie on loan at Udinese from Spurs, who signed him this summer for 18m.
19 years old, six foot plus, very quick, he's notionally a LB or wing back, but apparently can play multiple positions from centre back to midfield - and he's already scored two goals in Serie A.

I spotted him from his debut. His mistake 5 mins after coming on cost Everton a goal.Can't say I've seen a lot of him but Onana was seriously impressive in the Merseyside Derby. I'd normally avoid judging a player so quickly but I doubt he did that much right by fluke.
His determination to win the ball in midfield & run half the length of the pitch beating a couple of players, & supplying the assist cross to pull a goal back, showed everything a CM needs in the Prem. He's one to watch.
